Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)
• Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at “support@novoraexpress.com” with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond with instructions, including the return address if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because many of our products ship internationally, we recommend contacting us first — in many cases, a partial refund or replacement without a physical return may be the faster option.
Late or Missing Refunds
